Yes. Submitting your property is free. This does not mean every service connected with a future transaction is free; any transaction-related remuneration terms remain to be clarified separately.

Must I own the property?
You must own the property or be authorized to submit it. Indicate your relationship to the property in the form and provide information in good faith. Submission does not mean Tassarut has verified ownership.
Does Tassarut guarantee finding a buyer?
No. Potential matches depend on the property information and buyer searches received by the service. Tassarut does not guarantee a buyer, a sale or a selling time.
Can I change my property's information?
Contact Tassarut by email or WhatsApp with your submission reference to request a correction or report a change in availability. There is currently no seller account for editing submitted properties yourself.
What happens if a search matches my property?
Tassarut may contact you to clarify property details and discuss a possible introduction. A matching indicator helps guide that discussion; it is not a purchase offer or a completed sale.
Does submitting my property commit me to selling?
Submitting your property shares information with the service; it is not acceptance of a purchase offer. Any decision to proceed with a sale and any subsequent agreement are separate steps.
