About the service and matching
Tassarut is a real-estate matching and intermediation service. Buyers submit their property-search requirements; sellers and owners submit property information. Tassarut compares these to identify potential matches. A match or score is an assistance tool: it does not guarantee suitability, availability, legal compliance of a property, or that a transaction will occur.
Information we may collect
Depending on your submission, information may include your name, phone number, email and contact preferences; buyer search requirements; property and seller/owner information; location and area; budget or asking price; property characteristics; and uploaded property photos. We may also receive your selected language, submission source or campaign information, and technical/security information, including IP-related request information used to prevent abuse and limit requests.
How information is used
We use information to receive buyer requests and seller/property submissions, compare buyers with potentially suitable properties, contact you about your request or property, administer the service, prevent abuse and protect the service.
Access and technical providers
Submitting a form does not make your information a public listing. Submitted information is not intended to be publicly exposed merely because it was submitted. Authorized Tassarut administrators may access it as necessary to operate the service. Technical service and infrastructure providers may process information where necessary to host, maintain and operate the service.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable obligations. A more specific retention schedule may be established. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
Your requests and rights
You may contact Tassarut about access, correction, objection or deletion requests concerning your personal information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns you without collecting unnecessary details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information and restrict access. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Property photos
Sellers should upload only photos they are entitled to provide. Avoid unnecessarily showing people, identity or other documents, license plates, or other personal information. Check photos before uploading them.
