Purpose of the service
Tassarut enables buyers and property seekers to submit real-estate requirements, and sellers, owners or authorized submitters to provide property information. The service identifies potential matches and may facilitate contact or intermediation between the parties.
Role of Tassarut
Tassarut is an intermediary and matching service. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, it is not the owner of submitted properties and does not itself sell them or act as a party’s agent. It does not guarantee continued availability, completion of a transaction or the accuracy of every item supplied by users. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Matching indicators
Matching scores and recommendations are decision-support indicators based on information supplied to the service. Even a high score is not professional, legal, financial, technical, valuation or investment advice. It does not establish suitability or legal compliance. Independently verify important property information before a transaction.
Buyer responsibilities
When submitting a property request, provide reasonably accurate information about your search and contact details. Do not misuse the service or submit requests intended to mislead others.
Seller and submitter responsibilities
Submit property information in good faith and only if you have the right or authorization to do so. Do not deliberately mislead others. You must have the right to provide uploaded photos and should avoid unnecessary personal documents or data. Notify Tassarut when material information, such as availability, changes. Submission does not mean Tassarut has independently verified ownership or authorization.
Verify before committing
Before committing to a transaction, verify as applicable ownership and title, legal status, property characteristics, price, charges, authorizations and relevant documentation. Consult qualified professionals where needed. Tassarut does not replace a notary, lawyer, architect, surveyor, bank, tax adviser or other qualified professional.
Photos and other content
You remain responsible for submitted content. Do not provide content you have no right to use, fraudulent or misleading material, unlawful content or unnecessary third-party personal information. You grant Tassarut only the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and use that content to operate the matching and intermediation service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize unrelated use or public advertising merely because you submitted it.
Prohibited use
Do not submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, send automated abuse or spam, upload malicious files, interfere with the service’s operation or use it unlawfully.

Applicable framework
The service is operated with reference to applicable Moroccan law, subject to mandatory requirements. No specific court, exclusive jurisdiction or binding dispute-resolution mechanism is designated by these terms.
